Primed One stocks distribution centers, delivery stations, and local offices with fresh fruit, pastries, and snack spreads — built for shift starts, appreciation days, and busy season pushes.
How we deliver
Every order starts with a pre-dawn pickup from trusted Philadelphia vendors — produce houses, family bakeries, the same suppliers that feed the city's best kitchens. No drop-ship middlemen. No national-chain markup. Just fresh product picked at peak.
Pallets get built by hand — sized to your headcount, your shift schedule, and your dock window. We label everything, photograph the load, and confirm the route before the van leaves the lot. Nothing about the delivery is automated, because nothing about a 5 a.m. shift start is forgiving.
DCs and delivery stations run on different shift-start clocks, so we don't gamble with sunrise traffic. Need it on a Friday? We're unloading at your dock Thursday evening. By the time the first associate badges in, the breakroom is stocked and ready.

Quick answers

There isn't a strict dollar minimum, but we're built for team-sized orders — typically 25 associates and up. Smaller? Reach out anyway and we'll let you know if we can fit it into a route.
72 hours is our standard. That gives us time to source fresh, build the pallet by hand, and route the van. Same-week orders are sometimes possible — ask.

Absolutely — most orders are custom blends. The package cards are just starting points. Tell us your headcount, the vibe (shift huddle vs appreciation day vs safety milestone), and we'll come back with options.
